The last few
weeks we are "accustomed" to the public transport accident news. Why
do I say "habit"? Because it is in the last few weeks in the print
and electronic media often we come across news about public transport accidents
are almost always disastrous accident casualties. It is ironic indeed, public
transport services should promise convenient transportation safer and even
